Order confirmation
An e-mail confirming the receipt of your order will be sent immediately after your purchase (not if you send anything until the payment receipt). The purchase contract is perfected by sending the requested goods, detailed in the e-mail received.

Normal production: Between 1 and 5 days from the arrival of the order; Depending on our production load. Priority / urgent production: We place your order the first of the queue and we guarantee that in 48h it is already produced and shipped (this mode has an extra cost of 15.90 €) The service is only for Spain and Europe.
These times refer only to production and to working days. If the shipments are to peninsula, we send it with normal courier. Once we have finished your order and delivered it to the carrier, you will receive a notification email. In this box you can see the approximate delivery time once your order is produced and shipped:
